Join the Irish Wildlife Trust for a community Canal Biodiversity Survey Day. This event will provide training in bee and butterfly identification and canal habitat surveying. It will consist of an indoor presentation followed by an outdoor session, when we will survey a section of the local canal for trees, flowers, aquatic life, pollinators, and other wildlife. This workshop will introduce you to the fascinating world our waterways natural heritage.
